Recording on the wire and Australia
Here at the house I'm working on two recording projects at once for different people in Australia. Not to mention I just finished another one for someone else “down under”. Maybe it's time for a trip to visit new friends and go to the beach there!!!

"Country Strong"
I just went with Stephanie to see “Country Strong” at a local theater; it was really fun seeing myself and so many friends up on the silver screen. Gwyneth sings really well, and Tim McGraw acts quite well: go figure!

Wintertime climbing in Nashville!!
Just got back from climbing vertical ice on the side of the 840 Interstate here in Nashville. Free-soloing 40 feet off the ground with nobody around in case of a mishap gives truth to the adage “Adventure is where you find it”... Even in Nashville city limits.

Taylor Swift - "Speak Now"
The just-released Taylor Swift album “Speak Now” that I played on, sold over a million copies in it's first week! It's great to be a part of something that huge, and to all the haters out there, I can tell you she's a talented, sweet young lady.

New Steel Guitar
I got a new lap steel from Bill Asher today! It looks and sounds great, and he has it set up so I can run around on stage while playing it.
